Creating and delivering a best-in-class app experience that encourages customers to book and stay at Premier Inn. Using agile product management methodologies, develop a digital product that enhances customer experience and drives revenue growth. Responsible for continuous improvement based on customer insights, market trends, and data analysis.
Location: Hybrid role, minimum 3 days in-office at our Holborn, London (EC1N 2TD).
What you’ll do:
- Define objectives, user stories, sprint planning, and participate in agile ceremonies with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate with UX designers to develop user journeys and designs; work with development teams to specify technical details; collaborate with QA, testing, and release teams to ensure high-quality, bug-free features.
- Own the app's customer experience by analyzing key in-app metrics and ensuring the backlog aligns with KPIs.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Brand teams to inform and prioritize roadmaps, balancing time-to-market, scope, business needs, and risks.
