Product Director - Payment & Banking

Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, launching products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.About the role: The Cash team handles money movement and transfers. We work with banks, fintechs, and wallets to enable our users to move money seamlessly into and out of our platform.We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Product Director with the vision, drive, and ability to create, implement, and manage an industry-changing platform that transforms how users handle money.This role focuses on US partners, requiring an in-depth understanding of US banking regulations and practices.Job Responsibilities:Work closely with the business to create, maintain, and communicate the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligned with strategic prioritiesDeliver complex projects by defining features, writing product specifications, conducting user studies, iterating on feedback, reviewing QA test plans, prioritizing bug fixes, managing the backlog, and shipping products/features on timeInterview and interact with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are metPrioritize initiatives and projects, weighing trade-offs appropriatelyCollaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver first-in-class featuresStay informed about market development and dynamics to ensure our products and features remain best-in-classRepresent the team in communication with cross-functional stakeholdersJob Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of fintech product management experience; domain knowledge in US payment systems and cash clearing networks is highly advantageousStrong aptitude for understanding technical APIs and translating them into impactful user storiesHands-on approach with keen attention to detail, especially in settlement flow designData-informed work style, with a focus on user needsPassion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiencesStrong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to meet tight deadlines and goalsAbility to manage C-level stakeholders and clearly articulate prioritization decisionsProven leadership, ownership, and results-oriented mindsetAbility to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teamsBring humility to your work and interactions with others #J-18808-Ljbffr
