Wipro is looking for a Performance Test Architect/Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Test Architect, you will be responsible for optimizing system performance and ensuring seamless load management across critical applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and enhance application reliability.

Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and optimizing performance architectures with hands-on experience in development.
- Implementing load management strategies, including expertise in LoanIQ (Finastra).
- Utilizing VUGen 9.5 or greater for advanced test script development.
- Leveraging programming languages such as C, Java, SQL, Python, and scripting for performance optimization.
- Deploying monitoring and profiling tools (Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, AWR reports) to analyze and enhance system performance.
- Using Splunk for comprehensive load test analysis.
- Ensuring optimal performance by analyzing web protocols (HTTP, Citrix, etc.) and distributed test environments.
- Identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing web performance measures.
- Conducting advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex system and application issues.
- Communicating technical findings effectively, both verbally and in written form.

- Performance architecture and development hands-on experience.
- Load management applications, particularly LoanIQ (Finastra).
