We are recruiting a Pawnbroking Appraiser on a full-time basis to support our store in Weybridge, Surrey - immediate start. Prestige is a fast-growing high-end asset lender and retailer in the pre-loved luxury goods market, dealing in brands such as Rolex, Bvlgari, Tiffany, Patek, Cartier, Hermes and Chanel. The business is fast-paced and constantly evolving, and we are interested to hear from motivated individuals in the luxury goods market who may wish to join the brand and help expand the business.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:
- Uphold excellent customer service.
- Ability to appraise different items including jewellery, watches and handbags.
- Retail sales of luxury items including diamond jewellery, prestigious watches and luxury handbags.
- Responding to customer enquiries and comments daily by email or telephone as well as face to face.
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the pawnbroking and luxury goods industries, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
