Our team combines patent attorneys with experienced patent litigators, providing a comprehensive approach to case evaluation from both technical and legal perspectives.Our cross-border team operates in the UK and Germany, enabling us to serve clients across key European jurisdictions.Experience, Skills & QualificationsApplicants should be qualified patent attorneys with demonstrable experience in telecoms patents, preferably 3GPP and SEPs. Experience in telecoms litigation, either in a firm or in-house within the telecoms sector, is highly desirable.
