The predicted salary is between 21000 - 28000 £ per year.

Location: Fetter Lane.

Working Arrangement: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (09:00 - 17:00)

Salary: Up to £35,000 (pro-rata).

Role Overview:

One of our boutique law firms is looking for a part-time front-of-house to join them on a permanent basis. This role will also include administrative tasks, supporting the operations manager and facilities within the law firm. This is a great opportunity for an eager and dedicated individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up meetings
  • The first point of contact
  • Answering calls
  • Reporting to the operations team
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Maintain a tidy and clean space
  • Responsible for all meetings, both internal and external catering

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Strong front-of-house experience
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
