Role Overview:
One of our boutique law firms is looking for a part-time front-of-house to join them on a permanent basis. This role will also include administrative tasks, supporting the operations manager and facilities within the law firm. This is a great opportunity for an eager and dedicated individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up meetings
- The first point of contact
- Answering calls
- Reporting to the operations team
- Set up meeting rooms
- Maintain a tidy and clean space
- Responsible for all meetings, both internal and external catering
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Highly motivated team player
