As we scale our growth engine, we’re seeking a performance-led, strategic PPC Manager to own and evolve our paid search and social function. This critical role is focused on scaling new patient acquisition through Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and driving cross-channel growth across our consumer and partner audiences for both B2C and B2B.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google, Meta, Linkedin, and TikTok
- Execute growth experiments, A/B testing, audience targeting, and bidding strategies with precision
- Use performance data to generate insight-led optimisations, aiming for profitable, scalable outcomes
- Leverage automation and creative iteration to maximise conversion value
- Stakeholder Management & Growth
- Present performance insights through actionable, story-driven reports
- Identify cross-channel growth opportunities in Paid Social, Retention, and Creative
- Innovation & Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Data, and Retention teams to align goals and execution
- Keep pace with the latest platform updates and beta features to gain early mover advantage
- Contribute to process improvement, workflow innovation, and team upskilling
- Support broader marketing ops by sharing insights and learnings
What You Bring:
- Essential Experience
- 3+ years managing Google & Meta accounts within a performance or ecommerce-led team (agency or in-house)
- Strong grasp of attribution, margins, and patient/customer lifetime value
- Proven experience in scaling paid acquisition with ROI accountability
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and bid management tools (e.g. Triple Whale, Meta analytics)
- Clear, confident communicator—written and verbal
- Strong time management and self-direction skills
- Technical Skills
- Expert in Google Ads platforms, Meta Facebook / Instagram
- Skilled in audience targeting, conversion tracking, and data analysis
- Fluent in Excel/Sheets and dashboarding tools
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media channels
- Background in healthtech, D2C, or subscription-based businesses
- Familiarity with CRO, funnel testing, and eCommerce principles
