Smile White is the UK’s fastest-growing dental brand- and we’re scaling. We’re looking for a Paid Social Content Lead to join our growing in-house marketing team.
You’ll be the creative force behind our Meta, TikTok and YouTube ads- scripting, filming, editing and iterating content that stops scrolls and drives results.
What You’ll Do:- Concept & produce platform-native ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Film & edit short-form video ads that convert
- Test hooks, angles, and messaging alongside PPC & Brand teams
- Optimise creative based on ROAS, CTR, CPC, and retention
- Brief or source UGC creators when needed
- Build modular assets for rapid creative testing & scaling
- Are fluent in short-form video trends, storytelling, and editing
- Understand the link between creative + performance
- Love working at pace, iterating based on real-time data
- Have experience with paid social ad content (agency or brand side)
- Are hands-on with a camera, confident in Adobe / CapCut / similar
- Play a key role in an incredibly fast-growing brand reshaping UK dentistry
- Work in a high-performing, collaborative and creative team
