This is more strategic than operational: focusing on identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and supporting acquisitions and sales. It is suited to someone from pub or hospitality operations who is now looking for a Monday to Friday role with less hands-on operational work. The company is well-funded and ambitious, planning significant expansion over the next 12-18 months. They seek someone knowledgeable about pubs, commercially astute, and capable of leading a small team. The role involves working closely with the wider group to ensure smooth deal execution, strong regional communication, and strategic input from a hospitality perspective. The ideal candidate will come from a branded or quality-led pub, bar, or restaurant background, with experience at Operations Director level or similar, managing teams and growing businesses.
