Marketing Trainer Required – Full-Time, Part-Time or Freelance. Salary quoted is £25,000 to £30,000 FTE, based on experience.
We are an independent vocational education training provider looking for positive dynamic people to join our fast-expanding team who are wanting to help others progress and develop through their apprenticeship. We have an exciting employment opportunity available for candidates looking to deliver apprenticeships. What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering engaging, relevant apprenticeship training and coaching to marketing professionals at different career stages.
- Supporting learning to build their skills in campaign planning, SEO, PPC, content creation, analytics and digital strategy.
- Running 1:1 sessions and group workshops (mostly remote, with occasional in-person sessions where needed).
- Providing clear guidance on assignments and preparing learners for End Point Assessment (EPA).
- Collaborating with employers to ensure training aligns with real workplace needs.
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and learner engagement throughout the learner journey.
You’ll be delivering across:
- Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer
- Level 3 Content Creator
- Level 4 Marketing Executive
- Level 6 Marketing Manager
What we’re looking for:
- A strong background in marketing - agency, freelance or in-house - with current industry knowledge.
- Experience delivering apprenticeships or training in a professional setting.
- A learner-centred approach, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing, content planning).
- A recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g. AET, CAVA, TAQA, PGCE) or willingness to work towards one.
- Confident using e-portfolios and digital delivery tools.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with apprenticeships, standards and EPA processes.
- Professional marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM, IDM).
- Experience supporting learners with additional needs.
