Role Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Customer & Market Insights Innovation Lead to join a leading global biotechnology company as it prepares for major product launches in the UK & Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to making a difference in areas of high unmet medical need, including postnatal depression and Alzheimer’s disease. This role blends analytical rigour, commercial strategy, and innovative thinking—ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex data into meaningful decisions and enjoys working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
You’ll act as a key partner to local launch teams, driving market understanding, forecast performance, and strategic planning by:
- Identifying, sourcing, and analysing diverse datasets (traditional and emerging)
- Generating actionable insights through advanced modelling and forecasting
- Presenting clear narratives to support strategic business decisions
- Collaborating with regional and global teams on performance tracking and reporting
- Using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel) to communicate insight effectively
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting
- Track record in forecasting, market analysis, or customer & market insights
- Advanced Excel modelling and Power BI (or similar visualisation tool) experience
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- A passion for innovation, curiosity, and proactive problem solving
