Role Summary
Own the live AI learning experience from intake to wrap-up.
Orchestrate AI Bootcamps and live enablement programs: align speakers and topics; confirm AI Hub mentor availability; secure venues/virtual rooms; manage invitations and nominations; and ensure transparent communications with participants and managers.
Collaborate with AI Hub and L&LD to co-create hands-on tasks, capstones, and rubric-based assessments.
Safeguard reporting accuracy, satisfaction, and success tracking across events.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Bootcamp ownership: Plan and deliver multi-day Bootcamps end-to-end (agenda, speaker lineup, mentor staffing, locations/virtual setup, run-of-show, recordings).
Define capacity targets, throughput, and success measures per cohort.
- Events portfolio: Produce and support AI webinars, hackathons, roadshows, and local/virtual enablement sessions; create facilitator kits, producer checklists, and day-of roles.
- Speakers & mentors: Align topics and speakers; confirm AI Hub mentor availability and ratios; brief presenters with goals, timeboxes, and demo scripts; run technical checks.
- Participant operations: Drive transparent communications to nominees, participants, and managers (invites, prep packets, prerequisites, expectations, logistics); manage waitlists and substitutions.
- Cohort formation: Coordinate timely nomination intake with AI champions/coordinators; gather project ideas and team lists; validate prerequisites and diversity of roles/locations.
- On-the-day excellence: Host, time-keep, and quality-assure sessions; triage blockers; capture Q&A, FAQs, and artifacts for reuse.
- Success tracking: Ensure accurate attendance, completion, capstone outcomes, and certification pass/fail tracking; publish cohort recaps and insights.
- Catalog hygiene: Ensure recordings, slides, and artifacts are tagged and published to the right repositories (e. g., LXP/LMS, Share Point), following brand, accessibility, and governance standards.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Production & facilitation: End-to-end live event production (virtual and in-person); run-of-show creation; presenter/mentor enablement; troubleshooting A/V & platforms.
- Program operations: Cohort building, nomination intake, communications plans, logistics (rooms/catering/virtual), risk and contingency planning.
- Curriculum & assessment: Designing hands-on tasks, labs, rubrics, and capstones; partnering with instructional design teams to ensure outcomes alignment.
- Platforms & data: Expertise with Teams/Stream, Share Point, Forms, Saba/Oracle, Degreed, and analytics dashboards (e. g., Power BI) for attendance, completion, NPS, and proficiency signals.
