ExperienceThe incumbent should be a qualified senior legal professional , with atleast 10 years experience in litigation, dispute resolution, risk management and a provenleadership in Litigation with an impressive track record to lead strategic legal initiatives acrosscomplex jurisdictions including the United Kingdom and ANZ and ability to apply this expertisefor formulating corporate strategies and governance in IT services industry.Should have experience as a strong legal strategy advisory, including development andimplementation of corporate legal / litigation strategies and legal governance by integratingrisk management into executive decision-making and internal compliance frameworks, inalignment with business goals.Academic QualificationBachelors degree in law.Masters degree in business management will be an added advantage.Role DescriptionAct as a growth advisor for Espire Infolabs, by identifying and creating new businessopportunities for growth, aligned with, but not limited to legal strategy, to meet thegrowth trajectory goals.Manage high-value, complex legal disputes, including multi-party litigation cases frompre-trial to final resolution or appeal, while aligning the litigation course and strategywith commercial objectives.Provide strategic direction and expert legal counsel in managing high-stakes litigationfor the company.Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and strategies, preferably in UK andANZ regions, considering these are top -business regions for Espire Infolabs and willcontinue to be key focus areas for Espire Infolabs .Project manage the company in legal proceedings involving the company , ensuringeffective risk mitigation and adherence to regulatory standardsReview legal contracts of varied range and provide strategic inputs on same, inalignment with business objectives and local legal requirements.Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, including growth planning, marketexpansion, innovation, identification and including evaluation of M&A opportunities,partnerships, and investments by providing legal/ regulatory inputs involved in theprocessPartner with senior leadership to design legal strategies for long term growth inalignment with organizations objectives. including creating long term plans,identifying key performance metrices in alignment with business goals and analyzingthe performance against these metrices to positively impact companys businessgoals.Develop litigation dashboards and reporting systems to track case milestones, andfinancial risk across jurisdictions and share with concerned stakeholders/ SeniorManagement.Review legal contracts of varied range and provide strategic inputs on same, inalignment with business objectives and local legal requirements.Build and review internal reporting frameworks to ensure sound corporatelegal/litigation governance and strategic risk assessments through proactive riskidentification and mitigation.Responsible for providing guidance and thought leadership to the Executive team onlegal strategy matters ,including but not limited to ongoing litigationsYou Must HaveThe ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and strategies, preferably in UK andANZ regions.Must be dynamic and agile with a proven ability to thrive in fast paced environment.Must have strong business and commercial acumen with proven skills of analyticaland strategic thinking.Must possess an ability to provide data driven insights.Must have an innovative mindset.Must have excellent decision making skills.Strong understanding of the IT services industry, particularly the requirements ofthe legal industry, and its market dynamics.Proven ability to lead cross functional teams,
