The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

To be eligible to apply for this role, you must have the legal right to work in the UK. WorkwithYorkshire are working with a local law client, who have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their Corporate team based in York. This is a permanent, full-time office based role. This role will be working for the Head of Department and working alongside other Solicitors within the department.

Duties:

  • Diary management, organising meetings, travel and accommodation
  • Assisting with drafting legal documents and basic billing
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Liaising with clients both face to face and over the phone

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous Legal Secretarial experience
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Ability to work to tight timescales and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face to face and over the phone
  • Experience in audio and copy typing
