You will be central to problem definition, solution discovery, and guiding project teams. You will serve as a thought leader, advising on architecture and design reviews, and will be involved in business pursuits, client training, and capability building. You will help shape consulting solutions to meet evolving client needs globally.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-level design artifacts and detailed solution designs, lead validation for testing, and support activities related to implementation, enhancements, and deployment. Validate requirements with product offerings and coordinate with stakeholders for product customization.Engage with key stakeholders, applying your Kronos domain and technical skills across project stages including requirements elicitation and architecture design.Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD), high-level and detailed design artifacts, and validate requirements with product offerings while collaborating on customization requests.Interface with stakeholders, applying UKG domain expertise across project phases including requirements gathering and architecture design.Required QualificationsAt least X+ years of hands-on experience in Kronos WFD applications implementation, development, and support projects.Experience with UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions, especially in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance modules.Strong knowledge of workforce management disciplines like accruals, attendance, compliance, employee self-service, leave, overtime, schedule optimization, work authorization, activity tracking, and productivity monitoring.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Kronos Workforce Central applications in implementation, development, and support roles.Personal AttributesHigh analytical skillsInitiative and flexibilityCustomer orientationQuality awarenessExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) #J-18808-Ljbffr
