_LANDSCAPE SITE FOREMAN_ Overview Applicants should ideally have 2-4 years experience in a similar position or with sufficient experience and desire to now move in to this role. Must be able to build hard landscaping features (paving, brickwork, decking etc) of high quality and be able to demonstrate skills in interpreting plans and drawings and setting out sites.The successful applicant will be able to supervise a small team of landscapers on site (initial support, assistance and training if required will be provided). Also be able to form good day to day working relationships with clients.The company works predominantly in SW and West London, Surrey and the Home counties.Applicants should live locally and/ or are able to travel directly to sites across this area. A company vehicle may be provided.Specific functions to include: General groundwork (excavation, material movements) Paving (sub base preparation, laying and pointing) Brick and block work(small walls) Decking (sub frames structures and laying of deck boards (hard and softwood Fencing (panel and feather board construction) Timber features (pergolas etc) Paths and edging Turf laying Water features construction and maintenanceAnd desirable ; Planting / horticulture techniques (planting out, care and maintenance) -Key tasks. Interpret scale drawings, designs and written production schedules to construct residential garden features (with guidance and supervision according to your ability) Assist with daily time schedules to agree and meet standard times for each task and the overall project Liaise with Directors, Operations Manager and suppliers when ordering materials, to ensure they arrive on site on time and are economically purchased to meet agreed budgets. Organise the site, materials and work order to help ensure efficient and effective work at all times Monitor quality to ensure standards of workmanship of the team is high Communicate with the client as required in a professional and friendly manner Use and take care of the company\’s assets (uniforms, tools and equipment) Adhere to procedures and represent the Company\’s best interests at all timesThe Landscape Supervisor will be expected to; Manage projects to an agreed time schedule and level of qualityAt all times the Landscape Supervisor will help present a professional image of the Company.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per yearSchedule: Monday to FridayWork Location: In personReference ID: Expected start date: 16/06/2025
