Your work will help ensure our people are equipped with the skills they need to succeed, which is business critical. Our ambition is to provide high-quality learning experiences for all staff, and your contribution will be central to that goal. You will also support Associate and Consultant training programs, including coordinating logistics and managing tasks within the learning management system. What you\’ll doOrganise and deliver the monthly onboarding program in London for Consultants and Business Services Teams across London, Amsterdam, and BrusselsTravel occasionally to Amsterdam and Brussels to support in-person delivery of onboardingSource and brief facilitators for onboarding sessions, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver content effectivelyCreate a monthly onboarding feedback deck by analysing participant feedback, highlighting key trends and management insightsPersonalise and send onboarding communications to new joiners ahead of their start dateCollaborate closely with your team member in Delhi, as well as local HR, Recruiting, Mobility, and the regional L&D teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external trainers for both the onboarding program and some Associate and Consultant (A-C) training programsPartner with senior consulting team members to ensure the ongoing quality and relevance of the onboarding experienceManage all relevant administration in the Learning Management System, Saba (e.g. class creation, participant registration, post-session tracking, feedback reporting) for onboarding and some A-C training sessionsCollaborate closely with the A-C L&D team members to plan and coordinate Associate and Consultant (A-C) trainings in London, Amsterdam, and Brussels (in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats)Work in close partnership with internal and external trainers, consulting team members, the Career Development team, and regional L&D to ensure training is impactful and aligned with evolving learning needsReport into LAB L&D Manager in AmsterdamYou\’re good atOrganising eventsHosting events/workshopsMultitaskingBuilding relationshipsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyWorking in a fast-paced environmentAble to work with high ambiguity and changeProblem solvingProject managementWhat You\’ll Bring3+ years\’ experience in L&D or HRExperience with onboarding, organising events or training sessionsA strong passion and interest in Learning & DevelopmentExperience with outlook, Excel, PowerPointExperience with Learning Management SoftwareBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
