Need a strong technical Jira Administrator who has hands-on experience in Atlassian Cloud as Site and Org Admin for Jira and JSM to carry out setup and integration.
- Configure SSO & integration with AD and SharePoint.
- Configure and maintain Jira Cloud instance, setting up highest priority core test workflows.
- Strong experience and knowledge of Atlassian cloud automation rules, REST APIs, webhooks, and application links.
- Hands-on experience in creating, customizing, and maintaining complex Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, notifications, and permissions.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting the rollout of key Jira and JSM add-ons/plugins such as X-ray and Power BI.
- Integration and support of XRAY and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills, ability to understand enterprise architecture, build prototypes, and present design and demos to end customers.
- Creation and support of JIRA projects, queries, dashboards, test reports, and Power BI reports.
- Creation of training knowledge assets.
- Responsible for understanding current documents, gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, analysing the impact, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions.
- Interacting with project managers, managers, developers, network engineers, and other administrators.
- Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Understand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing and supporting solutions.
