Japanese speaking Business Process ConsultantRef: KM46566Japanese speaking Business Process ConsultantSectorTypeType Full-time, PermanentLocationLocation LondonSalary (Annual)A leading Japanese IT company with offices in central London is currently seeking a Business Process Consultant with practical banking experience.This role involves visualising and standardising operational processes for financial institutions.Candidates with experience in business analysis, system implementation support, and Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives are welcome—especially those from IT departments within banks or with a background in financial IT consulting.KM46566————————————————————WORK STYLE: Hybrid styleVISA SUPPORT: Yes (Depending on experience)————————————————————Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £30k-£65k depending on experienceStart Date: NegotiableWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00Location: Central London (Hybrid)Business Process Consultant Main Responsibilities:Process Understanding & Visualisation• Analyse current (As-Is) business operations and grasp the overall process flow• Structure and visualise operations using flowcharts and documentationProcess Standardisation & Improvement Support• Identify common and individual processes in close collaboration with stakeholders• Define standard workflows and propose operational efficiency improvementsSolution Selection & PoC Implementation• Evaluate and select solutions that meet operational requirements• Work with vendors to assess feasibility and implementation viability• Conduct PoC to confirm practicality and effectivenessProject Planning & Management• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to execution• Take charge of project progress, schedules, and risk management• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliveryBusiness Process Consultant Ideal Candidate:• Practical experience in banking operations (especially those from IT departments are preferred)• Consulting experience with financial institutions• Hands-on experience in solution selection and PoC implementation• Experience in project management or PMO roles• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English• Strong logical thinking and a mindset for continuous process improvement**Visa sponsorship may be considered for candidates with relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
