A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Telecommunications Analyst / IT Support Analyst to join our London based global Law firm on a permanent basis.
Summary:
We are looking for a Telecommunications Analyst to join the London Telecoms team to provide proactive support for 600+ users on UC and Mobile technologies. The Telecommunications Assistant will be required to provide daily technical and desk side support on all software and hardware related issues, with an emphasis on taking ownership of calls and providing technical solutions whenever possible.
