We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Sales Specialist ready to accelerate their career as part of a high-performing sales team. Someone who knows how to build strong relationships, solve real problems, and close meaningful deals – all while working with a first-class vendor and partner ecosystem.

What the Role Involves

This is a business development-focused role, with a balance of warm client opportunities and scope to build your own pipeline. You’ll work with mid-market to enterprise clients, delivering tailored solutions across hybrid cloud, datacentre, compute, storage, virtualisation and networking - with a particular focus on HPE.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum two years’ experience in IT infrastructure sales (e.g. datacentre, storage, hybrid cloud)
  • Understanding of HPE solutions - or the motivation to learn fast
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify and develop opportunities
  • Confident communicator, both technically and commercially
  • A relationship-first mindset - you build partnerships, not just pipelines

What’s on Offer

  • £40,000 to £60,000 basic salary (DOE), plus car allowance
  • Realistic, uncapped OTE between £86,000 and £128,000
  • Clear commission structure with full transparency
  • Product and sales training, with certification support
  • Hybrid working: remote-first, with monthly meet-ups (Northwest or Southwest)
  • Exposure to key vendors, including HPE and VMware
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, pension, electric car and cycle-to-work schemes
