A boutique small cap private equity house is looking to hire a Private Equity professional to join their growing business. This is a newly created position due to significant growth, focusing on the origination and execution of new equity investments into UK small and medium-sized enterprises. The successful candidate will be involved in the entire management of the process including sourcing, evaluating and executing new equity investments. In addition, it will involve monitoring and developing an existing portfolio of investments.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 2-5 years investment experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate finance or asset management
- Strong academic profile; 1st or 2:1 from a leading university
- Preferably small and mid cap transactions experience
- Advanced financial analysis, valuation and business modelling experience
