As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, supporting the firm’s ambitious deployment targets and mission to drive growth and create substantial value in their portfolio companies.Key Responsibilities:Identify and source potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.Assist in the structuring and negotiation of investment deals.Support portfolio companies in achieving their growth objectives through strategic and operational guidance.Assist in the preparation of board materials and participate in board meetings as required.Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and potential investment sectors.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Demonstrated experience and a robust understanding of the rapidly evolving consumer sector.
