Working for an SME digital business.

As Interim Senior HR BP, you will support the Head of People with managing a variety of ER casework including sickness and underperformance. You will also be responsible for training and upskilling the HR advisors as well as managing TUPE, role mapping, and engagement surveys.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience operating within a fast-paced SME business, demonstrating expertise in managing complex ER casework and upskilling junior team members.
  • Generalist HR background, with the ability to influence and engage at a senior level.
  • Ability to start on short notice and commit to a 6-month duration, working in a hybrid manner.
