*PROPERTY MANAGER & HOUSEKEEPER *You will be responsible for one or more of our properties – ensuring that they are well maintained and ready to welcome our guests.You will have exceptionally high standards on; cleanliness, customer service and be committed to providing our guests with a great experience before their arrival and during their stay at your property.We anticipate you would work 5 days in each 7, core hours between 0930 and 1530.*DUTIES **Housekeeping:*_First impressions count _Overall cleaning and general day to day maintenance of the property – you will clean the property when guests leave and prepare it for the new guests arrivingCleaning duties will include linen changes in bedrooms, cleaning of bathrooms, lounge & dining areas and communal areas.You will arrange replacement of anything that’s been damaged or is missing from the previous guest stayYou’ll maintain entrances and ensure outside areas look their bestSchedule and carry out regular deep cleans of the property on a regular basis*General Maintenance:*_Everything you would do in your own home _You will have an eye for details and notice when every day maintenance is required such as touch-up painting of marked walls, woodwork, you’ll change a light bulb and clean some carpets…You’ll report any more serious maintenance issues and safety hazards to our management and maintenance team for appropriate action*Delight our Guests:*_This is the best bit_Once a guest has booked and confirmed their stay you will be their point of contact ……You will chat to them about the purpose of their stay, check their arrival and departure times and any special requirements they may haveMeet & Greet – You will often arrange to meet them when they arrive and show them around the property_*Delight and surprise*_ _– You’ll be making sure they have the very best time – _it’s your job to set the scene SO go to town on making sure they have everything they need for whatever is their special occasion*ABOUT US*We have now welcomed over 200,000 guests across our range of properties.
