Host/HostessApplying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.Location: LondonHours of work: 40 Hours across 3 Shift Patterns Monday to FridayContract Type: PermanentAs a Community Associate, you will be the primary point of contact and the welcoming face of our client, ensuring a consistently positive experience for all members.Your role will be pivotal in creating a collaborative community environment, fostering relationships, and supporting the growth of our client-provided services.Job DescriptionAs Community Associate, you will work Monday to Friday with varying hours to accommodate our events schedule, ensuring that the building is fully operational and that processes run smoothly.Additionally, you\’ll drive the promotion of service offerings and take direction from the management team to support the community\’s needs.In this role, you\’ll be the first and last point of contact for all visitors, embodying the friendly and professional atmosphere that defines our client\’s values. Your efforts will help build a vibrant, connected community where members feel welcomed, supported, and inspired.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between membersEnsure that your building is fully operational and processes are running smoothlyDrive growth and promotion of our client provided service offeringsTake direction from the team to support the Community as necessaryBe the first and last point of contact for your buildingCover the front desk during business hoursGreet and check-in member guestsGreet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails encourage visitor NPS completionProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsA social butterfly and a self-starter who can motivate themselvesHave previous experience in a similar role/co-working environmentHighly independent and can manage projects for timely deliveryHave exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detailHave demonstrated professionalism, accountability, self-awareness, and high social intelligence in previous rolesAre passionate about entrepreneurship and community buildingPossess basic computer skills: Microsoft OfficeThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
