The role:
- Provide on site fault finding and breakdown support for the manufacturer's domestic boilers and hot water products across the South East.
- Handle phone line support on a rota.
- Assist the sales team with occasional installer events and training sessions.
Key duties:
- Diagnose and repair boiler faults at customer premises.
- Cover the technical helpline (weekday and Saturday rota).
- Support sales activities: installer visits, trade mornings/evenings, demos.
- Monitor and mentor local service agents, ensuring standards and stock levels.
- Deliver product training to installers and agents (presentations & live demos).
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and cost effectively.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to the wider technical team.
What we're looking for:
- Proven boiler fault finding/breakdown experience (ideally 5+ years).
- Current ACS Core & Boiler tickets (CCN1, CENWAT).
- Oil, Gas qualifications - essential.
- Full UK driving licence and residence within the region.
- Strong customer skills, good IT knowledge, self motivation.
- Desirable: Air source heat pump or F Gas Cat 1 certification.
