You\’ll be the service manager and lead coach for a new digital health coaching service.You’ll begin by delivering one-to-one coaching as we launch the service, helping patients build sustainable habits and navigate the lifestyle changes that support long-term weight and metabolic health. As the team grows, your role will evolve into a leadership position.You will lead a team of health coaches, managing day-to-day operations and working closely with our clinical, operations, and product teams to ensure we deliver a high-quality, scalable and effective service. This is a unique opportunity to grow into a pivotal role within one of the UK’s most forward-thinking digital health organisations.Key ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Patient-facing coaching (initial months)Deliver high-quality, evidence-based coachingSupport patients through digital tools, structured behaviour change support and group education.Escalate medical or safeguarding concerns in accordance with internal protocols.Collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to optimise patient care.Phase 2: Transition into Health Coach Manager roleManage a team of health coaches, providing regular 1:1s and team meetings.Support team development, performance reviews, and onboarding processes.Monitor KPIs and key performance metrics to ensure delivery of high-quality and consistent care.Identify capacity needs and lead on recruitment and resourcing for the team.Ensure quality assurance processes, safeguarding standards and operational excellence.Act as a bridge between frontline coaching delivery and key stakeholders.What we\’re looking for:HCPC-registered Dietitian with at least 2 years’ experience.Experience in team leadership, supervision, or service development.Strong background in behaviour change, digital coaching, or lifestyle medicine.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident in managing a digital caseload and using online platforms.Proactive, flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Desirable:Experience in quality assurance, governance or safeguarding frameworks.Experience working in digital health, remote care, or within a health tech organisation.Project management or operational oversight of clinical services.
