The Strategy Realisation Office (SRO) for EMEA seeks an experienced leader in delivery and commercial management to support strategy execution across markets and oversee major regional projects.
The Role
The Head of Strategy Deployment & Execution is responsible for planning, deploying, and executing regional strategic initiatives. This includes collaborating across teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving value creation and project success. This role reports to the Senior Director of EMEA Delivery and leads a team of project managers. It requires a passionate leader capable of influencing and embedding change across the region and organization.
Key Objectives
- Develop best-in-class deployment and execution capabilities.
- Oversee project delivery ensuring scope, time, cost, quality, and benefits targets are met.
- Support strategic portfolio planning, prioritization, and business case development.
- Attract and develop high-performing talent.
- Remove barriers to successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Guide, support, and coach team members; challenge senior stakeholders for alignment.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement regional strategies; oversee key initiatives.
- Value Realization: Drive benefits realization; leverage new technology and capabilities.
- Risk Management: Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Performance Metrics: Define and report on success metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels to meet strategic goals.

- Professional project management qualifications (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, MSP, PROSCI) preferred.
