I am partnering with a leading UK membership organisation to find a strategic and commercially minded Head of Product Marketing. This individual will drive the professional training and development by launching and scaling educational products that directly support industry-wide learning, leadership and regulatory understanding. You will be commercially focused on driving revenue and sales through various marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the go-to-market commercial strategy for new and existing professional training and education courses. Key responsibilities include creating compelling marketing messages, leveraging digital platforms to drive sales and engagement, and identifying target audiences.
- Create and deliver the end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial targets.
- Manage content updates and upkeep across the website, ensuring consistency with brand tone, messaging, and up-to-date information across all pages.
- Ensure all Salesforce data is maintained and optimised.
- Organise email marketing assets using Marketing Cloud.
- Assist in producing polished digital content, including video, live streams, photography, and written copy for web, social, email, and paid media.
- Safeguard the visual identity and brand standards across all digital outputs, upholding a cohesive and professional brand presence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience in commercialising training solutions is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable using digital marketing platforms, such as content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management tools (CRM), and email marketing software.
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent).
