Key job responsibilities
- Create compelling, results-driven marketing plans, complete with market assessments that deliver identified objectives to the business.
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy for India - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Lead overall implementation of marketing programs including lead generation activities, eMarketing campaigns, product & solutions sales support, reference programs, customer & developer marketing programs, etc.
- Organize, assist and implement marketing events, including the AWS Summits, exhibitions, seminars, tradeshows and product launches.
- Day to day management and development of the marketing team.
- Work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
- Develop and execute customer-driven, locally oriented marketing strategies and programs that will increase customer demand, sales, and positively impact Amazon Web Services brand equity.

The Head of Marketing role for India will be responsible for building and executing marketing plans that deliver customer acquisition and retention programs necessary to power Amazon Web Services continued growth in India. The role’s core responsibility will be to use a combination of strong planning and execution skills to successfully plan, develop, execute and measure demand generation programs to deliver marketing contribution to the sales pipeline.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
