Job Description: Head of Acquisition We are seeking a Head of Acquisition for an established beauty online retail business based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to lead their growth and be responsible for customer acquisition strategies. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO to maximize customer acquisition. Analyze performance data from various channels to inform and refine marketing strategies. Create engaging content and social media campaigns to boost customer engagement and acquisition. Ensure integration of all digital marketing initiatives related to acquisition and performance channels. Requirements: Extensive experience in PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing at a senior strategic level. Strong understanding of the full digital marketing mix. Ability to develop comprehensive strategies across all acquisition channels. Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities in an online retail environment.
