Our Technology
Tezos is an open-source platform known for its flexibility, security, and self-amendment capabilities. The Role
The TechRel team at Trilitech and Nomadic Labs is responsible for supporting builders, bakers and users across the Tezos ecosystem including for our Layer 1 and Layer 2 (Etherlink) blockchains. We’re looking for someone to lead our new builders programme for Etherlink. You’ll have the opportunity to create from scratch a programme that will have a significant impact on growth of on-chain activity. You’ll have ownership to attract the best EVM builders, build fast tracked but robust grants processes and monitor its success.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with leadership across the ecosystem to create and implement a robust and effective builders programme
  • Design and manage grant and bounty programmes, and other initiatives to incentivize innovation and reward outstanding builders in the ecosystem
  • Drive initiatives that attract builders, startups, and contributors to the ecosystem, building relationships across ecosystems, including other blockchain projects, universities, incubators, and hackathon organizers.
  • Onboard builders, facilitate educational content, workshops, and resources to help builders get started and connect them more widely with the TechRel team for support
  • Partner with commercial and marketing team to drive awareness of the programme by creating insights, content and speaking at industry events
  • Monitor that grantees adhere to contractual requirements
  • Provide insights back to senior stakeholders on progress of the programme and core success metrics

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in Web3 / Blockchain / Crypto
  • Understanding of grant processes across blockchain ecosystems - prior experience leading a programme is preferable
  • Strong background in project / programme management managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to negotiate deals and proactively work closely with marketing teams to promote activity
  • Strong organizational and monitoring skills, keeping on top of contractual requirements across the grants programme
