As we start to amass a large client base that needs extra care and nurture, this will allow you to build relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in the financial and technology sectors. In the role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited toHiring, leading and developing a teamOwning and developing strategies and processesSegmenting clients and organising the teamBeing overall responsible for the entire portfolio of accountsBuilding strong and tight relationships with your portfolio of accountsUpselling and cross-sellingWorking closely with other teams and departmentsAttending conferences and events to meet clients and stay updated in our industryWhat we expect from youYou possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what you do. You take ownership of everything you do, are proactive and follow through on commitments. Moreover, you\’re humble, and you share our passion for building and executing new businesses.
