Understanding the roles available to a Graduate Business Consultant:
- Business Analyst (BA): Responsible for investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Project Manager (PM): Supports planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
