The Role
Right now, we’re on the lookout for experienced, energetic, standout General Managers to join us. You’ll be the heartbeat of the venue, leading the team, setting the tone, and making sure every guest has a reason to come back (and tell their pals about it). From big nights out to chilled brunches, your job is to make sure it all runs like a dream, on the floor and behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the day-to-day; operations, service, team vibe, all of it
- Leading from the front; coaching, supporting, and building an unstoppable crew
- Keeping it all compliant; safe, legal, and up to our high standards
- Making the numbers work; margins, targets, stock, rotas, the lot
- Getting creative; helping shape events, promos, and in-venue experiences
- Delivering unforgettable service; because average just isn’t our thing
