It\’s an exciting moment to help shape a company that\’s mission driven and technically ambitious.What You’ll DoWe’re seeking a Fractional CFO to help lead the business through a successful Series A fundraise. This role is ideal for a strategic finance leader who can operate hands on and at pace. You\’ll:Develop and own financial models and investor materialsLead financial planning and scenario modelingGuide investor outreach, diligence, and deal structuringAdvise on capital strategy, cash runway, and risk managementSupport operational scaling and commercial readiness post raiseExperience RequiredProven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in early-stage, VC backed startups.
