Our client is entering a significant phase of transformation, and they need a commercially-minded Senior FP&A Manager to guide strategic decision-making, deliver insight, and help scale systems and processes as the business evolves.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this role offers the chance to influence key financial decisions at the highest level. You will lead the development of planning and forecasting processes, embed data-driven thinking across the organisation, and build out a high-performing FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the group
  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models and scenario planning tools
  • Deliver monthly dashboards, KPIs, and reports to senior leadership and the board
  • Implement scalable FP&A systems, processes, and tools
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive insight and influence decision-making
  • Build and mentor a growing FP&A team
  • Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow frameworks

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in FP&A leadership, ideally within a scaling business
  • Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Desirable Experience

  • Background in insurance, fintech, or financial services
  • Experience leading digital transformation or implementing FP&A tools
