We curate high-quality vintage designer and sportswear pieces from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s, offering them through both our online platforms and physical stores. As we continue to expand rapidly, we’re looking for a Finance Manager to help elevate our finance operations and support our CFO in building a top-tier financial function.
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and strengthen our finance function. Working closely with the CFO, department leads, and company founders, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations while helping shape strategic financial practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Management Accounts
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including all relevant journals and reconciliations.
- Cashflow
- Update and maintain accurate cashflow forecasts, taking into consideration all future spend for inventory, overheads, CAPEX, tax obligations and receipts from revenue streams.
- Modelling
- Update and maintain all relevant information for financial forecast models (both internal and external).
- Assist in responding to regular and ad hoc investor requests for information.
- Accounts Payable
- Support and maintain the Spendesk platform:
- Upload, review, and categorize invoices to appropriate cost centres and VAT codes.
- Monitor the Spendesk Wallet and flag top-up needs.
- Process expense claims and address team queries.
- Manage the finance mailbox, respond to supplier queries, and perform regular supplier statement reconciliations.
- Maintain the Accounts Payable ledger in Xero.
- Accounts Receivable
- Enter invoices from online platforms (Shopify, Whatnot) into Xero.
- Process Selfridges invoices and categorize Lightspeed payouts by cost centre and general ledger code.
- Payroll
- Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
- Respond to payroll queries and handle statutory submissions (e.g. P45, P60).
- Tax & Reconciliations
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Ad Hoc Support
- Provide general financial support to the CFO and leadership team as needed.

- Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing business is a plus.
- Proficient with accounting software (Xero experience preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
