    • Assist in responding to regular and ad hoc investor requests for information.
  • Accounts Payable
    • Support and maintain the Spendesk platform:
    • Upload, review, and categorize invoices to appropriate cost centres and VAT codes.
    • Monitor the Spendesk Wallet and flag top-up needs.

    • Manage the finance mailbox, respond to supplier queries, and perform regular supplier statement reconciliations.
    • Maintain the Accounts Payable ledger in Xero.
  • Accounts Receivable
    • Enter invoices from online platforms (Shopify, Whatnot) into Xero.
    • Process Selfridges invoices and categorize Lightspeed payouts by cost centre and general ledger code.
  • Payroll
    • Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
    • Respond to payroll queries and handle statutory submissions (e.g. P45, P60).
  • Tax & Reconciliations
    • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Ad Hoc Support
    • Provide general financial support to the CFO and leadership team as needed.
