Operational Support Officer
Location: Fareham, PO15 5RR
37 hours per week; hybrid working (2 days in the office)
Pay rate: £17.98 per hour

What you'll be doing:
Collate and produce management information, reviewing and monitoring value
Support the creation and ongoing upkeep of Operational Continuity plans and business rhythm documentation
Coordinate agendas, meeting schedules, and ensure notes and actions are completed and tracked through agreed systems
Identify and record operational delivery risks, ensuring appropriate management and follow-through
Manage the inbox and maintain housekeeping for associated SharePoint sites
Produce monthly MI and share metrics to help address performance issues
Support issue escalation processes-tracking issues through to resolution with operational teams
Work collaboratively to enable system and data changes, and seek continuous improvement in processes and systems
What you'll bring:
Strong coordination skills, with the ability to keep actions moving and monitored
Confidence producing clear management information and monthly reporting metrics
A proactive approach to risk awareness and escalation, with a focus on resolution
Strong relationship-building across forums to support colleagues
Solid organisation and comfort managing information across shared resources and systems
A continuous improvement mindset, looking for ways to strengthen process and data flow
