What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal close – with full accountability for revenue targets.
- Identifying, engaging, and converting high-value enterprise clients in sectors such as marketplaces, e-commerce, payroll, and pensions.
- Building C-level relationships and negotiating complex, seven-figure, multi-year contracts.
- Leveraging your own network to unlock opportunities and accelerate growth.
- Collaborating closely with SDRs, marketing, product, and operations teams to drive a coordinated go-to-market strategy.
- Attending industry events to represent the company and build brand visibility.
Who You Are
- A true hunter – with 10+ years of new business acquisition experience in FinTech, particularly across collections, FX, and payouts.
- A proven closer – with a strong track record of managing long sales cycles and landing seven-figure enterprise deals.
- Commercially sharp – able to craft and negotiate profitable deals while articulating a compelling value proposition.
- A consultative partner – skilled at uncovering client pain points and providing strategic, solutions-based selling.
