  • Collaborating closely with SDRs, marketing, product, and operations teams to drive a coordinated go-to-market strategy.
  • Attending industry events to represent the company and build brand visibility.

Who You Are

  • A true hunter – with 10+ years of new business acquisition experience in FinTech, particularly across collections, FX, and payouts.
  • A proven closer – with a strong track record of managing long sales cycles and landing seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • Commercially sharp – able to craft and negotiate profitable deals while articulating a compelling value proposition.
  • A consultative partner – skilled at uncovering client pain points and providing strategic, solutions-based selling.
  • Self-driven and resilient – comfortable with ambiguity, pressure, and constant change.

What You’ll Get

  • A leadership opportunity in one of the most exciting FinTechs scaling in the B2B payments space.
  • Autonomy and trust – with a flat structure, fast decision-making, and no unnecessary red tape.
  • A career-defining role where your impact is visible and valued.
