ACJ Search are working with a Norfolk based electronics manufacturer who are seeking an Electronics Engineer in a senior or lead capacity. Managing the electronics team, you will be responsible for delivering high volume power electronics projects of varying size and complexity. You will also be responsible for the technical direction of the electronics team.
We are keen to speak with people with the following skills and experience:
- Degree (or equivalent) qualified in Electronics or related discipline
- A power electronics design background
- Experience of working in high volume, harsh environment applications
- Proven track record of leadership and successfully building teams
This is a leadership role and will require both management of an existing team and driving significant growth in the team.
