Requirements: Experience Extensive and demonstrable experience in software or digital product design, including managing diverse design teams spread over complex geographies and projects. Creative Vision and Strategy A passionate creative mind with strategic thinking, capable of sustaining innovation in a constantly evolving market. Leadership and Portfolio Proven experience in design leadership roles, backed by an impressive portfolio of projects. Trend Insight Keen awareness of design trends and the ability to leverage them to drive brand growth.
