Where People Lead and Tech Empowers.Responsibilities:Solution Design & GovernanceLead architectural reviews of high-value deals, identifying technical risks and mitigation strategies.Design multi-product solutions integrating TeKnowledge’s portfolio (AI, CX, Cybersecurity, Digital Skilling and Tech Managed Services).Develop standard design patterns for all solution / portfolio offers. The reusable design blueprints will form the basis of the 70/30 Solution Hub approach where solutions should conform to 70% standard design with a maximum of 30% customisation. This approach is critical in ensuring that we conduct repeatable business which reduces risk and accelerators to streamline delivery and rapid time to value for customers.Present technical solutions to C-suite clients, demonstrating ROI and alignment with their goals.Collaborate with sales teams to scope complex opportunities and craft compelling proposals.Foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking within the CTO, Sales and Pre-sales Teams. React swiftly to changes in the business environment and implement solutions that support the company\’s growth and agility.Identify synergies between TeKnowledge’s offerings (e.g., Microsoft Copilot + AI-First CX +Cybersecurity) to create differentiated solutions.Partner with product/solution teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.Operational ExcellenceDefine best practices for solution architecture, ensuring compliance with, security and scalability standards.Mentor delivery teams on architectural frameworks and emerging tech adoption.Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement the Architecture strategy aligned with the company\’s overall business objectives. Provide visionary leadership to drive technological innovation and digital transformationMicrosoft ExpertiseUtilize knowledge and experience in Azure, MS D365 to support the CTO Office provide architectural leadership and assist the CRO organization with product and solution offers.AI ExpertiseAdvise and drive the implementation of new technologies, particularly in the field of AI, to ensure we are a best in class example to our customers of being an AI enabled company.Security and ComplianceHave an appreciation of IT security and compliance across the CTO, Sales, Product and portfolio organization for the solutions we are selling and managing for our customers.Manage relationships with external IT vendors, contractors, and service providers. Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.Lead, mentor, and develop the CTO team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that supports a business enablement and customer first mindset. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the market and company’s needs.SkillsStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging technologiesWorking knowledge of designing solutions that include Networks (Voice and Data), Hyperscaler environments (Azure, AWS , GCP), Micro services, Business applications, Resilience, DR, Business Continuity, Security and how all these elements need to be considered when designing an e2e solutionUnderstand what is involved for OnPrem / Private Cloud workload migration to Cloud environments or Hybrid cloud environmentsExperience of working with Large Enterprise customersProficiency in AI/ML, Cybersecurity frameworks, CX platforms, and Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, D365)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships with C-level executives, technical teams, and business stakeholdersCommercial appreciation of being able to articulate the commercial benefits of using cloud based applications to customersStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challengesExperience with cloud computing, Data Centre and virtualization technologiesExperience in Enterprise Architecture, Security policies/processes and solutionsExperience in government, travel, healthcare, Banking & finance, or manufacturing industries is a plusSoft SkillsExceptional presentation/storytelling abilities for technical and non-technical audiencesStrategic mindset to balance innovation with practicalityCertifications (Preferred)TOGAF, Zachman ITIL, CISSP, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, or equivalentWe are looking for individuals who:Work across architectural domains; Business, Application, Data and TechnologyHave experience working on complex digital transformation programmes; working and present across different levels of architecture abstraction; and working with multi-disciplinary teamsHave proven stakeholder management and communication skills, leveraged to influence and persuade on key architectural decisionsHave experience designing Cloud / Data Platforms, AI solutions and use cases, including Gen AI; and are inquisitive and keen to explore areas of emerging technologiesSupported the creation of Enterprise Architecture blueprints, demonstrating the e2e technology landscape including applications, integrations, data and networksConducted end-to-end vendor assessments across technology, vendor and or data platformsWorked on RFP / Bid responses for global customer across multi technology solutionsCan drive technology strategy for customer solutions and bid responsesWorked between the business and technology client & 3rd-party stakeholders to effectivity formulate communicate and conclude key architectural decisionsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related fieldExperience: 10+ years in enterprise architecture, with 5+ years in customer-facing rolesCertifications within the appropriate technology domainsTeKnowledge is an equal opportunity employer, and we believe in celebrating – diversity, equity, and inclusion.
