Who we are
Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.
With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.
Well, what about the team?
The Global Marketing Services team reports to the Chief Customer Officer for Bally’s Interactive. The department operates as an internal agency providing ‘services’ to markets including brand, research, design, SEO and production.
The Design team is made up of 42 people that sit across multiple locations including London, Stoke, and New Jersey. The team has different disciplines covering copy, video production, design, audio design, digital design and motion graphics.
This Is What The Team Produces
- Marketing for all 8 brands across UK, Spain and North America
- On site banners, direct response ads, email, social (organic & paid), direct mails
- End to end brand design
- Campaign assets
- Asset production and templating
- Concepting, storyboarding and animatics
- Video editing, production and audio
So, what will you be doing?
Leadership
- As part of the Global Marketing Services (GMS) Leadership Team, lead a team of 39 across North America, UK and Spain
- Build a strong effective network across market teams, GMS and product design
- Take responsibility for output and be accountable for the team’s success and performance
Management
- Set high standards of the managers in the team with clear accountability in their roles and activities
- Develop managers to create approaches and make decisions that benefit the company and not just the team’s results
- Build a Design Leadership team that collaborates and drives creativity and problem solving
Creative Leadership And Vision
- Be a strong creative leader who inspires people to do their best work
- Understand, lead and integrate AI to drive efficiency and strong creative work
- Demonstrable track record of creating award winning creative work that drives results
- Set the vision for the services within the team and stay tuned in to the disciplines to evolve as required
- Has a strong eye for design, knows what ‘good looks like’ in the market and outside of industry
- Proven track record of developing creative that delivers across all parts of the customer lifecycle, preferably in a digital or product led business
Operational Results Focus
- Deliver services within an agency-model that’s accountable for internal throughput and external output of the team to ensure operational efficiency
- Resource and focus on key priorities
- Ensure we have the roles and people to deliver the creative needs of the business and remain adaptable to change. Avoid being too rigid in structure or approach
- Build and nurture strong collaborative relationships with production to support operational delivery for the team
