About the Position
The Digital Marketing Director (aka: Brand Growth Director) sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and measurable performance. You’ll architect the vision for how Social, Influencer/KOL, Email/SMS, and Google Ads work together to move customers from first touch to lifelong advocates—all while safeguarding brand voice and accelerating revenue.
Somos Digital is a performance-driven creative partner for ambitious brands. We blend insight-led strategy, channel-agnostic creativity, and rigorous optimization to turn attention into sustainable revenue. From full-funnel launches to evergreen retention programs, we create work that feels human and performs like a machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Growth Strategy – Build quarterly roadmaps that connect awareness, engagement, and conversion across social, KOL, email/SMS, and paid search.
- Team Leadership – Coach and inspire a team (channel managers, designers, copywriters). Set OKRs, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of feedback and experimentation.
- Performance Optimization – Direct A/B tests, segment analyses, and creative iterations to lift CAC /LTV, CTR, CVR, and retention. Translate data into actionable insights for both creative and media teams.
- Budget & Forecasting – Own channel budgets, pacing, and scenario planning. Present monthly performance narratives to executive leadership, tying spend to revenue and margin.
- Process & Enablement – Standardize briefing templates, dashboard reporting, and post-mortems so wins scale and misses turn into playbook updates.
Must-Haves
- 5–8 yrs leading multi-channel digital marketing (agency or high-growth brand).
- Proven ownership of both creative ideation and performance metrics (ROAS, LTV:CAC).
- Hands-on mastery in at least two of the four core channels; strong literacy in the others.
- Track record of building and mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable with GA4, Meta/Google Ads, Klaviyo/ESP dashboards, Looker/Data Studio.
- Exceptional communication—equally persuasive in a creative review or a board deck.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience scaling influencer programs.
- Working knowledge of multi-touch attribution or MMM.
- Certified in Google Ads or HubSpot CRM.
Benefits & Culture
- Competitive salary + performance bonus.
- A culture that values experimentation, clear feedback loops, and career growth paths.
