There is the opportunity to take full ownership of the processes and drive improvements and efficiencies in the tools used and the processes involved in a data migration project.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, data models and field mappings as part of the migration process
- Cleanse, transform and validate data to meet Seven20 schema requirements and client business requirements
- Identify, advise on, and resolve, data integrity issues that arise during the ETL process
- Document the data migration process and provide input into continuous improvement of the migration process and tooling
- Assist with post-migration support, testing, and reconciliation activities
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data migration or ETL engineering, ideally in a CRM or ATS environment
- Proven experience in data migration projects, especially involving Salesforce or recruitment/ATS systems
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and using data manipulation tools
- Proficiency in scripting/data manipulation languages (e.g. Python, Go, JavaScript)
- An automation first approach to performing migrations
- Familiarity with REST APIs and/or data importing tools (such as Dataloader)
- Previous experience in data governance, archival, or retention policies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain data logic to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with the Salesforce platform, either integration or custom development
- Familiarity with Jira or other backlog/project management tools
- Experience working in agile teams, e.g. Scrum
- Use of version control systems (e.g. Git) for tracking migration script changes
- Experience with internal tooling, frameworks, or reusable templates
