CyberArk Architect / Technical Leader - London

Entasis Partners are collaborating with a leading and global organisation that are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CyberArk Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a strong emphasis on CyberArk Cloud technologies. This is a technical role that also requires strategic advisory capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across multiple sectors.Key Responsibilities:Design, architect, and implement CyberArk solutions with a focus on PAM Cloud and cloud-native security modelsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on CyberArk best practices, cloud security strategy, and PAM roadmapsLead end-to-end PAM projects from requirements gathering to delivery, working across diverse client environments (financial services, retail, public sector, etc.)Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure secure integration of CyberArk within broader IT ecosystemsEngage in board-level presentations and security briefings, translating complex technical concepts into clear business languageConduct detailed assessments of current PAM environments, identifying gaps and recommending strategic improvementsMentor internal teams and support the development of reusable frameworks, templates, and knowledge sharingStay current with CyberArk platform updates, industry trends, and cloud-native identity technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Required Skills and Experience:Deep technical expertise in CyberArk PAM, with proven experience in deploying and managing CyberArk Cloud components (e.g., PAM-as-a-Service, Privilege Cloud, Cloud Entitlements Manager)Strong understanding of identity and access management, privileged account lifecycle, and cloud access control modelsHands-on experience integrating CyberArk with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern DevOps tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD)Demonstrated ability to advise C-level stakeholders, align security goals with business priorities, and influence decision-making at the executive levelStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across client-facing and technical teamsProven experience leading PAM architecture engagements and managing complex project delivery timelinesRelevant certifications (CyberArk Defender, Sentry, Guardian, or Certified Delivery Engineer) are highly desirableExperience with other identity technologies (SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD) is a plusIdeal Candidate Profile:A hands-on technical leader with a strong advisory backgroundComfortable engaging with both engineers and executivesAble to work independently while leading cross-functional project teamsThrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesPassionate about cloud security and the future of identityFor a detailed and confidential conversation please reach out to james@entasispartners.co.uk
