We have a fantastic opportunity to join the world’s most broadly-based healthcare company supporting their business as a Customer Service Representative (Nordic Speaking). This is a full time ongoing temporary position, working Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm – 37 hours per week, paying £12.87 per hour (rising to £13.23 after 3 months). This role is currently based on their prestigious site in Wokingham, please note this role is hybrid currently working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home with flexibility required.

Responsibilities:
  • This role is to support the Nordic markets (Sweden, Finland, Norway & Denmark), so you will be dealing with inbound calls only from healthcare customers.
  • As the primary contact between the business and its customers, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service with every interaction to ensure that every customer receives the same level of high service that you yourself would expect.
  • Processing telephone orders, enquiries, complaints, and requests for information.
  • Arranging for returns and credits to customers' accounts.
  • Provide updates to customers and collect feedback on customer satisfaction.
  • Managing the relationship between stakeholders from all areas of the business.
  • Maintaining corporate SLAs and individual KPIs.
  • Responding to email enquiries from customers.
  • Maintaining customer and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Preferred fluency in Finnish (other Nordic languages also considered - Swedish / Norwegian / Danish) with required proficiency in English.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Effective communication skills in English - verbal and written.
  • Experience of working in a contact centre environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good computer skills including data input and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Organisational, numerical and administrative skills.
  • Willingness to take ownership of issues and resolve them when necessary.
